About the role

Join an established organization as Kaleidoscope looks for its newest Recruiter to support its mission of delivering therapeutic and education services to children with special needs. In this critical role, you will source, attract, and retain top-tier Allied Healthcare and Education Professionals in the Arizona market. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct extensive outreach to prospective candidates via phone calls, emails, and text.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone or MS Teams.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Serve as the first contact person for candidate questions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned recruitment quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and ability to connect with others.
  • Sense of urgency and superb communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and work independently toward assigned goals.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Reliable transportation to the Tempe, AZ office.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic medical terminology and healthcare-related language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and Outlook.
  • Ability to keep accurate records and track processes in databases and Excel.

Working Conditions

  • Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds that may cause distraction.
  • Considerable stress may occur due to pressure of meeting service requirements.
  • Full-time schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; hours may vary based on recruitment projects and company needs.
