Duties/Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
- Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire)
- Delivers employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings within an assigned territory
- Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory and business category
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify, attract, and source quality candidates
- Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
- Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements)
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
- At least two years of prior recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing when providing phone and counter service to the public.
