About the role

We're seeking a Recruiter who can bring a unique blend of expertise and passion to our team. This role involves managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, and ensuring that each step reflects our core values.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and 30 days post-hire
• Partner with hiring managers to develop position-specific hiring plans
• Write compelling job advertisements that reflect Sashco's culture and values
• Maintain and update job descriptions across the organization
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Develop interview guides and behavioral interview questions
• Facilitate a team-based hiring process that leads to confident hiring decisions
• Ensure candidates experience a professional, welcoming, and authentic recruiting process
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen and maintain Sashco's employer brand
• Utilize Culture Index and other assessment tools appropriately throughout the hiring process
• Help attract candidates who align with Sashco's values and culture
• Maintain high hiring standards while representing Sashco authentically
• Train hiring managers on effective recruiting and interview practices
• Education team members participating in interviews on interviewing guidelines and techniques
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
• Complete new hire documentation and HRIS entry
• Lead new team members through Sashco's onboarding experience
• Support successful integration of new hires during their first month with the company
