Responsibilities

• Communicate with staff about special events, programs and other items of interest.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
• Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost effective.

Requirements

• A high school diploma.
• Previous experience in activities & entertainment is a plus.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable; customer centric mindset to work with groups representing all age groups and demographics.
• Fluent in English; Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest service role.
• An engaging and energetic personality.
• The ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• The ability to communicate effectively.
• The ability to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• The availability to work varied shifts to include, nights, weekends and holidays.

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Schedule
