We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes a description of organization (mission) and "WHY WORK WITH US". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Organization description: "Nestled in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood..." This is about the organization, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not organization. But we could treat as "About the organization" but not in list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only use those headings if we have content. We have: - "WHY WORK WITH US" bullet points: mission-driven nonprofit, competitive compensation, meaningful work, inclusive community, supportive environment, opportunities for growth, collaborative leadership. This could be "Benefits"? Actually benefits are separate. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be "Skills"? Not. Better to treat "WHY WORK WITH US" as part of "About the role" maybe? But the instruction says use those headings for section headings. We can create sections: About the role (maybe includes mission and why work), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Qualifications (maybe alternative?), Skills (maybe not separate), Benefits (OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU), Pay (Pay Rate), Schedule (Hours, Shift Schedule, Days Off, Working Days). Also we have Physical Requirements etc. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We must not invent sections with placeholder text. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. Let's extract content: About the role: Could combine the introductory paragraph about organization and WHY WORK WITH US. But "About the role" maybe should describe the role itself: Position Summary. That is substantive. So we can put Position Summary under About the role. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities list. Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications (including education, experience, certification, etc.) plus maybe Physical Requirements? But Physical Requirements could be separate but not in allowed headings; we could include under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both Required Qualifications and Alternative qualifications. We'll put under Requirements. Qualifications: Could be maybe "Preferred qualifications"? Not present. Could skip. Skills: Could be interpersonal skills, communication, decision making, etc. Might be covered in Requirements. But we could create Skills section if we have specific skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English, Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to make independent decisions, Ability to work with diverse populations, etc. That seems like skills. We'll create Skills section. Benefits: OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU list. Pay: Pay Rate: $41.00 to 50.00 per hour. Schedule: Hours: 40 hours per week; Shift Schedule: Day; Days Off: Saturday, Sunday; Working Days: Monday-Friday. We also have other details like JOB DETAILS etc. We'll incorporate. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and appropriate

or

  • . We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can format them. Let's list all substantive info: Organization description: "Nestled in San Francisco's Excelsior neighborhood on a nine-acre campus, the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL) is the leading senior services organization in Northern California. Our continuum of care includes: the Frank Residences assisted living and memory care; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, offering long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, an acute geriatric psychiatric unit for adults over the age of 65; and our Foundation. Founded in 1871 and formerly known as the Jewish Home, our legacy grounds us as our vision propels us forward. Today, we've evolved to support more than 2,500 older adults each year through innovative, comprehensive programs rooted in the Jewish values of compassion, community, and excellence. We are equally proud of our inclusive culture, where 950 team members of diverse faiths and backgrounds work together in shared purpose." WHY WORK WITH US bullet points: "Mission-driven nonprofit organization", "Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits", "Meaningful work that positively impacts the lives of older adults every day", "Inclusive community, welcoming to all (you do not need to be Jewish to live or work here)", "Supportive, team-oriented environment", "Opportunities for professional growth and development", "Collaborative leadership focused on enhancing the employee experience". Position Summary: "As a Recreation Therapist, you will provide strategic leadership, program development, and operational oversight for all therapeutic activity services within the Acute Geriatric Psychiatry Hospital (AGPH). You are responsible for designing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic programming that supports patient stabilization, recovery, and progression to the highest level of wellness. You will serve as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IDT), ensuring therapeutic activity services are clinically aligned, regulatory compliant, and integrated into each patient’s individualized treatment plan while driving program excellence, staff performance, and continuous improvement." Key Responsibilities list (many bullet points). We'll need to preserve each bullet as
  • . Required Qualifications: "Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Alternative qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social services, occupational therapy, kinesiology) with eligibility for certification. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with mentally ill patients preferred. Certification or eligibility for certification as a Recreation Therapist through the California Board of Park and Recreation or the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification (NCTRC). CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire. Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations governing mental health services. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Ability to make independent decisions and respond appropriately to cultural diversity. Demonstrated ability to engage geriatric and mentally ill populations." Physical Requirements list: many bullet points. OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU: "Comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; a 403(b) Retirement Plan; Paid Time Off (PTO); Tuition Reimbursement; Commuter Benefits; and Weekday Shuttle Service to and from Glen Park BART Station." Also note EEO etc to remove. Pay Rate: "$ 41.00 to 50.00 per hour" (note space after $). We'll keep as "$41.00 to 50.00 per hour". Hours: "40 hours per week". Shift Schedule: "Day". Days Off: "Saturday, Sunday". Working Days: "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday". We should not repeat job title. Now decide sections: - About the role: Could include organization description + WHY WORK WITH US + Position Summary? Might be too much but allowed. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine organization description and WHY WORK WITH US and Position Summary under About the role. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: Required Qualifications + Physical Requirements? Could be separate but we have only certain headings. We could put Requirements for education/experience/certification, and Skills for interpersonal etc. Physical Requirements maybe also under Requirements? Might be okay. - Skills: Could include communication, interpersonal, decision making, cultural diversity, ability to engage populations. - Benefits: OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU. - Pay: Pay Rate. - Schedule: Hours, Shift Schedule, Days Off, Working Days. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have content. Now produce HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's craft.
