Recreational Gymnastics Instructor (Boys Gymnastics)

About the role
We have an exciting part-time job opportunity as a Recreational Gymnastics Instructor working with our boys gymnastics classes! We are looking for someone with experience either participating in or coaching Boys Gymnastics.
Responsibilities
- Instruct recreational gymnastics classes with appropriate skills and techniques for each level.
- Monitor class activities while maintaining skills progress reports.
- Ensure participant safety by practicing proper spotting techniques.
We care about your professional development! Upon hire, our Gymnastics Coordinator or Head Coach will train you on various training techniques for each level, communication styles with participants of different ages, and how to properly spot participants. You will also shadow staff prior to teaching on your own.
Requirements
- Some high school education with 1 year of experience.
Schedule
Hours will vary; Monday-Friday between 3:45-7:45pm & Saturdays & Sundays between 7:30am-1pm.
Pay
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $16.00 - $35.50.
