RECREATION THERAPIST -PRN
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals.
- Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services.
- Progress notes should be accurate, timely and legible.
- Effectively contribute to discharge planning of patients.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in an activity therapy related field (recreation therapy, art therapy, music therapy, etc.) is required.
- CTRS, ATR or RMT certification is preferred.
- Previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience is preferred.
