RECREATION THERAPIST -PRN

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement expressive therapy treatment plans that are age appropriate, and consistent with overall treatment goals.
• Maintain the clinical and administrative documentation associated with performed services.
• Progress notes should be accurate, timely and legible.
• Effectively contribute to discharge planning of patients.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in an activity therapy related field (recreation therapy, art therapy, music therapy, etc.) is required.
• CTRS, ATR or RMT certification is preferred.
• Previous inpatient/outpatient hospital experience is preferred.
