Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Aid in coordinating activities and events.
- Implement activities as scheduled by the Department.
- Maintain oversight of daily activity in their work area.
- Perform additional duties as required by the department, company, and Poinciana Community.
- Handle cash according to the Cash Handling Policy.
- Assist in closing and opening procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two to three years of business experience in a similar position preferred.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Good appearance, computer skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership qualities and ability to work with others.
- Complete Food Safety Certification.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
- Standing, sitting, walking, carrying, and occasional climbing.
- Extended/flexible hours and weekends.
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, mass email, database management, etc.).
- Able to work with vendors and crews organizing events in a timely manner.
- Excellent working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects like tables and chairs for event set up as well as packages: must be able to reach with hands and arms.

Additional Information
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. Rotating Schedule.
- Compensation: $16.00 hourly.
