Overview
God has led us to use our gym for children's basketball & indoor soccer (futsal), co-ed volleyball, adult basketball, and day camps for kids. The position aims to reach people for Christ through evangelism and discipleship, following the Great Commission of Jesus Christ.
Location
A great location just off I-85, across from Troup HS, and catercornered from Lafayette Christian School. LaGrange is a very family-oriented community, but many are still lost & unchurched.
Responsibilities
- Organize leagues, schedules, and summer camps
- Reach children & their families through sports ministry
- Pursue people to be involved with the ministry
Requirements
- Dedicated follower of Jesus
- Passion to reach children & their families through sports ministry
- Humble & friendly with strangers
- Outgoing enough to tenaciously pursue people to be involved
Qualifications
- Skills to organize leagues, schedules, & summer camps
