Part-Time Hours

- Monday - Thursday: 4:30 pm - 10:15 pm - Saturday: 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

- Monitor resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the rules and regulations of the facility. - Maintain verification of residents’ membership in the club. - Provides contact with residents and guests using the club amenities. - Enforces policies and rules relating to Recreation Center Operations. - Answer phones and assist residents. - Inspects interior/exterior club furniture and equipment for cleanliness. - Inspects the grounds and parking lot, light outage, and dispose of any debris. - Ensure walkway safety and inspect the surrounding areas of patio restrooms throughout the day. - Inspect and clean all Tennis Courts, Athletic Center, and Playground areas. - Monitor and assist with the pool, spa, and fitness center. - Assist in setting up and tearing down the Association-owned equipment. - Follow all procedures for area events. Assist residents in processing paperwork for upcoming events. - Attendance is required at all Association Recreation Special Events. - Practices and adheres to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision. - Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.

Qualification Requirements

- Possesses strong administrative duties. - Exceptional customer service and positive attitude. - Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule. - Proficiencies in Microsoft Suite Programs. - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Strong verbal and written communication.

Education and/or Experience

- 1 year minimum of experience in an Administrative or Customer Service-related role. - High School Diploma or GED.
