Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Provide support, monitoring, and positive role modeling to residents
• Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills development
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies or crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Lead educational groups and support residents' treatment goals
• Attend trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license preferred, with driving requirements met
• Required DHS training can be completed after hire
