Recovery Support Professional - No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support, encouragement, and positive role modeling to residents
• Assist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills development
• Maintain confidential records and complete documentation accurately
• Monitor or administer medications following program policies
• Respond effectively to emergencies and crises
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as needed
• Lead educational groups and support residents' treatment goals
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Willingness to complete DHS training after hire
