Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to assist residents in a supportive, recovery-focused environment at Aspen Center. The role involves providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to help residents achieve their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Provide medication support
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer tests
• Document resident interactions and progress
• Transport residents as needed
• Respond to crises and provide support
• Facilitate recovery-focused groups
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
• Support individualized treatment plans
• Ensure accurate record-keeping

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.
