Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential substance use treatment center. In this role, you will provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, helping them achieve their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, medication support, transportation, and meals
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
• Respond to crisis situations to ensure a safe environment
• Facilitate groups and support individualized treatment plans
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed
