Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – 2nd Shift This full-time position involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents at a residential treatment facility focused on substance use recovery. Responsibilities: Ensure a safe, structured environment; monitor and report resident behaviors; support treatment goals; respond to emergencies; administer medications; assist with daily activities; facilitate educational groups; conduct urine analyses and breathalyzer tests; transport residents; maintain confidentiality; attend trainings; perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; pass background and medical clearances; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to maintain professional boundaries. Preferred Skills: Experience in substance use or behavioral health; coursework in Social Work or related fields; DHS 83 training or willingness to obtain. Work Environment: Residential setting requiring physical activity, outdoor supervision, and local travel.
