About the role
Provides daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents in a substance use treatment center, helping them achieve recovery goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide medication support
- Complete required documentation
- Transport residents as needed
- Respond to crises and intervene appropriately
- Facilitate therapeutic groups
- Maintain a safe environment conducive to recovery
- Support residents’ progress toward recovery goals
- Assist residents with life skills development
- Ensure safety through crisis intervention and testing as required

Schedule
