Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

The Adult Residential Support Professional role involves providing supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a residential treatment setting focused on substance use recovery and restorative justice. Responsibilities include monitoring resident behaviors, documenting progress, and supporting treatment goalsresponding to emergencies and administering medicationsfacilitating life skills groups, assisting with daily activities, and transporting residentscollecting urine specimens and conducting breathalyzer testsmaintaining confidentiality and professional communication and attending meetings and training Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and medical clearances. Preferred skills involve experience in behavioral health or human servicescollege coursework in related fields and training in fire safety, first aid, or medication administration Work involves standing, walking, and outdoor activities, with occasional local travel.
