Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

Seeking a compassionate and dependable professional to provide support and supervision in a residential substance use treatment environment for men. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documenting progress, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and creating a safe, recovery-focused space. The role involves supporting residents in achieving treatment goals, maintaining accurate records, performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents during daily activities
• Maintain documentation and progress records
• Assist with medication management, transportation, meals, and life skills development
• Respond to crisis situations to ensure safety
• Facilitate group sessions and support individualized treatment plans
• Perform testing as required

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday–Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift
