Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential treatment environment for men experiencing substance use challenges. In this role, you will support and supervise residents in daily activities, assist with medication, transportation, meals, and life skills, and facilitate groups aligned with individual treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents in daily activities
• Assist with medication administration, transportation, meals, and life skills
• Facilitate groups aligned with individual treatment goals
• Document resident progress
• Respond to crises and maintain a safe environment
• Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer tests
• Help create a welcoming space that fosters recovery and confidence

Schedule

Full-time, Thursday to Monday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
