Recovery Support Professional - Full-Time

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional – 2nd Shift Responsibilities: Provide supervision, support, and positive role modeling to residents in a substance use treatment facility; build professional relationships; observe, document, and report resident behaviors; support treatment goals; respond to emergencies; monitor/administer medications; assist with daily activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation; collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests; facilitate educational and life skills groups; maintain confidentiality; attend meetings and training; perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical clearances; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to maintain professional boundaries. Preferred qualifications include experience in behavioral health or related fields, college coursework in social services, and relevant training. Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, ability to work in a team, and maintain professionalism. Physical ability to perform duties in a residential setting, including outdoor activities and local travel.
