Seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to assist residents in a recovery-focused environment for men undergoing substance use treatment. The role involves providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement while helping residents achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide medication management
- Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of resident progress
- Transport residents as needed
- Conduct crisis intervention
- Facilitate groups to support recovery
- Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer tests
- Support development of life skills
- Foster a safe, supportive atmosphere for recovery
