Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residents by providing positive role modeling and assisting with daily routines.
• Monitor and administer medications following program policies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation and laundry.
• Assist residents with daily living skills and treatment goals.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations.
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources.
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Training in DHS 83 preferred or to be completed after hire. Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%).
