Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

About the role

We are seeking compassionate, dependable Adult Residential Support Professionals to assist in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants up to 3 months old. This is a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record

Additional Requirements

• Preferred DHS 83 training (or completed post-hire)
• Local travel may be necessary (approximately 25–50%)
