Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities

• Providing support, supervision, and positive role modeling for residents
• Assisting with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation
• Preparing meals, light housekeeping, and laundry duties
• Supporting residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Responding to emergencies and crisis situations
• Transporting residents to appointments and community resources
• Collecting urine samples and administering breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attending staff meetings and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Compassionate and respectful approach
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

DHS 83 training preferred or to be completed after hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
