Recovery Support - Part Time, Every Other Weekend

About the role

Seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to support residents in a trauma-informed, gender-specific recovery program for adult women, including those with infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residents
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources
• Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
• Attend staff meetings and complete training

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining boundaries
• Compassionate, patient, respectful approach to diverse populations
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, acceptable driving record

Additional Details

• Training in DHS 83 preferred or completed after hire
• Local travel may be required (approximately 25–50%)
