About the Role
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. This role delivers direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect care based on individual service plans.
- Respond to the physical and psychological needs of members.
- Adhere to Medicaid standards in service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting.
- OR BA/BS with one (1) year of experience in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills, interventions, and mental/physical health conditions and terminologies.
- Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge.
Pay
Expected starting wage is $23.00 per hour. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on the location where the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
- Shift differentials for hourly staff: 6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift.
- Weekend shift differentials: 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.
Schedule
On-call; shifts, hours, and days vary as needed.
