The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The Recovery Specialist II provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Expected Starting Wage Range

Expected starting wage range is $19.28 - $23.24. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Shift Differentials

• 6% for PM Shift
• 10% for Overnight Shift
• 5% for Weekend AM Shift
• 11% for Weekend PM Shift
• 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift

What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)

• A high school diploma or G.E.D and two (2) years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting or a BA/BS with one (1) year experience in mental health setting
• Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies
• Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
• A valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.

Telecare El Dorado County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed locked hospital facility providing acute inpatient psychiatric treatment to adults aged 18+, diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
