Recovery Specialist II
Responsibilities
- Deliver Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) to individuals at all stages in recovery.
- Assess client needs and deliver care coordination based on needs.
- Develop Recovery and Employment plans with clients.
- Document all client activities within Electronic Medical Records.
- Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR Compliance at all times.
- Strong command of ethical responsibility in navigating boundaries with vulnerable client populations.
- Able to identify and escalate ethical considerations for appropriate support and supervision.
- Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques when delivering PRSS.
- Perform Medicaid billing and compliance within delivering PRSS services.
Requirements
- CRSW Licensure, minimum of two years’ experience.
- Experience in delivering peer recovery services, vocational and education support.
- Completed Motivational Interviewing training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET.
- Direct or indirect lived experience with Substance Use and/or Mental Health.
- Knowledgeable with Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiatives.
- Reliable transportation.

- Strong organizational and administration skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and ADP.
