About the role
Provide high-quality care to women in recovery. Support a recovery-focused environment by providing structure, safety, and empathy.
- Monitor medications and conduct hourly safety checks on individuals served
- Complete shift reports and required documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Strong compassion and understanding for individuals in recovery
- Computer skills for email and accurate documentation
- Ability to build supportive, empathetic relationships with individuals served
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional transportation
