About the role

Support cardiovascular patients through focused assessments, preparation for cath lab or surgical procedures, and close post-procedure monitoring, including hemodynamic and rhythm evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pain management and titrate IV medications within protocols
• Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on recovery, discharge instructions, and follow-up care

Requirements

• Nursing licensure
• Relevant clinical experience in cardiovascular care

Skills

• Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to respond quickly to patient needs and changes in condition
