Recovery-Focused Therapist
About the role
The Recovery-Focused Therapist provides counseling and support for individuals with substance use and mental health needs, including co-occurring disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Support clients with case management and community resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Master’s in counseling, social work, or related field
- PREFERRED: LCSW, LCAS, LCMHC
Qualifications
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work with complex clients and co-occurring disorders
- Team-oriented and motivated to grow
