Recovery Facilitator - Willowbrooke (Evenings)

The Recovery Facilitator's role is to provide skills training and support as part of the Willowbrooke at Tanner health system and to promote self-determination, personal responsibility and empowerment inherent in self-directed recovery. Under immediate to general supervision, the Recovery Facilitator provides recovery support services and serves as a consumer advocate and provides consumer information and peer support for consumers in a variety of settings. The employee performs a wide range of tasks to support consumers in living their own lives and directing their own recovery and wellness process. The facilitator will model competency in recovery and wellness. Education Bachelor's Degree Experience No prior work experience required Qualifications Proven ability to effectively work with others at all levels within and outside Tanner.Leadership, sound judgment and ability to organize.Ability to interact with persons in a therapeutic community.Certification as Peer Specialist is a requirement of the job.
