Monday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm
Pay Rate
$22.90/hour

Responsibilities
- Promoting recovery and removing barriers and obstacles to recovery
- Serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs
- Modeling recovery principles and practices at all times
- Providing linkages to recovery-oriented, peer support self-help supports and services and community-based mental health, substance use disorder, and family support programs
- Serving as a liaison between the recovery community, the addiction treatment system, the medical treatment system, and the member’s community, family, and social context to facilitate connections across systems of care
Qualifications
- Achievement of a minimum of 2 years of uninterrupted recovery required
- Achievement of 3-5 years of uninterrupted recovery preferred
- Recovery coach certification required within the first 12 months of employment
- Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services
- Strong skills in the areas of communication, follow through, collaboration, and customer service
- Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which he/she is assigned
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to a safe, operational, and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport participants
