Recovery Analyst

About the role

The Recovery Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts that have fallen into delinquency. This includes communicating with customers to understand their financial situation, developing recovery plans, and monitoring account status.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their financial situation and develop recovery plans
• Monitor account status and adjust recovery plans as necessary
• Document all interactions and actions taken in the case management system
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in collections or credit management
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with credit scoring and risk assessment tools
• Knowledge of industry best practices in account recovery
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote work and office days
