Recovery Agent

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accounts for Charge Off and Charge Off reversals.
- Maintain a spreadsheet of recovery payments and Charge Off accounts, updating shared spreadsheets as needed.
- Balance daily Recovery and Charge Off GL accounts.
- Prepare month‑end reports for Recovery and Charge Offs.
- Submit invoices to AP and verify them against Charge Off accounts.
- Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with, all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and internal controls; complete required training in a timely manner.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide assistance to the Collections Department as needed to help achieve annual departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate’s degree in Business or Finance (preferred).
- Two (2) years of collection/banking or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking, organization, typing, and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Moderate writing skills.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Compensation

Physical Requirements
