Emergency Response Agent

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces change. This role requires adaptability across various missions, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

Travel between multiple work sites is required. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable transportation. Must be able to work in Portsmouth, Cumberland, and Providence, Rhode Island.

Schedule

• No set schedule—on-call/per diem
• 8-hour shift guaranteed per week
• Must be available to work weekends and overnights

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.50. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• State security license, if required

Qualifications

Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
