Reconstruction Technician

Responsibilities

• Report to the Reconstruction Manager
• Responsible for direct labor on job, including but not limited to insulation, drywall, rough carpentry, finished carpentry, and painting
• Reports daily progress to Assistant Director of Reconstruction/Superintendent for progress updates
• Takes production photos of job progress daily; uploads to dash and notes progress in a job note

Qualifications

• IICRC Certificate is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of using tools and how to use them
