Reconstruction Sales Estimator

About the role

Cavalry Construction & Restoration is a local company specializing in mitigation and restoration for both residential and commercial customers. We provide water, mold, and fire damage property mitigation and restoration services, delivering a professional, agile, and 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Accept leads from third-party program vendors
• Inspect prospective projects, scope the work, and generate estimates using an estimating platform (Xactimate)
• Budget and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitor customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attend industry-related marketing events

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry (preferred)
• Insurance reconstruction experience (preferred but not required)
• Xactimate estimating software experience (required)
• Proven sales personality and track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
