Reconstruction Project Manager / Estimator

SERVPRO® of Osceola County is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager with experience in construction or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Create estimates for the company’s reconstruction jobs (inside the home) using Xactimate.
• Rebuild customers' homes after water mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage, demo, and other restoration-related jobs.
• Reinstall drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens, and other in-home reconstruction tasks.
• Scope jobs by identifying labor and materials required from start to finish.
• Manage a team of in-house employees and subcontractors for each reconstruction job.
• Scope the time required to complete each job and coordinate/schedule jobs accordingly.
• Create and manage budgets for each job, ensuring approval from the owner/manager before starting.
• Oversee the entire process to ensure top-notch quality levels.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Immediately notify the owner if a job exceeds budget or requires more time.

Requirements

• Must speak English (bilingual preferred).
• 5 years of experience in in-home reconstruction, including drywall, flooring, ceiling, cabinetry, light fixtures, wall paint, bathrooms, kitchens, and other related tasks.
• 5 years of experience using Xactimate for estimating.
• 5 years of experience in construction and home remodeling.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Ability to work with or around cleaning products and chemicals.
