About the role

Flood Guys Restoration is a fast-growing, locally owned full-service restoration company serving Southeastern Wisconsin. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and mitigation—along with full reconstruction services. From emergency response to final rebuild, we handle it all.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple active reconstruction job sites simultaneously across the service area.
  • Coordinate project execution directly with customers and subcontractors from start to finish.
  • Order and schedule materials to keep jobs moving without delay.
  • Perform quality control on subcontractor work to ensure standards are met before customer walkthroughs.
  • Own customer satisfaction throughout the rebuild through clear communication, managing expectations, and resolving concerns quickly.
  • Plan and schedule upcoming jobs to keep the project pipeline organized and on track.
  • Ensure every project is completed within budget and timeline.
  • Develop and manage project scopes and estimates while coordinating with insurance adjusters as needed to align scope and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship while maintaining accurate job files, photos, and documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Solid understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and building codes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple active job sites at once.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working directly with customers, subcontractors, and adjusters.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical capacity to lift 65+ lbs and work in demanding field environments.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience preferred, with prior disaster restoration construction management being a major plus.
  • Advanced experience developing project scopes and negotiating estimates with insurance adjusters.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).

Pay

$70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus commission opportunity.

Schedule

Monday - Friday and Weekends.
