Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial construction, remodeling, restoration, or general contracting
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to read and understand construction scopes, estimates, plans, and related documents
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and customer-service skills
- Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Existing relationships with dependable subcontractors in Southeast Michigan are preferred
- Experience using construction or project management software
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
