Reconstruction Project Manager

About the Role

SERVPRO Team Toft is looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with customers, subcontractors, and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field employees.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation, and job costs.
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and project partners.
• Review scopes, estimates, change orders, and completed work.
• Identify and address project issues before they become larger problems.
• Document project progress and jobsite conditions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, safety, and professionalism.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of construction, restoration, remodeling, or related experience.
• Project management or coordination experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with CompanyCam is a plus.
• Xactimate experience is preferred.
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Pay

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
