Responsibilities

• Oversee project and site management
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors
• Order materials
• Monitor safety and quality standards
• Lead team development through training and hiring
• Manage project budgets and collect receivables
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Handle customer service and insurance negotiations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of management experience in restoration or construction
• Construction management experience preferred
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
