Responsibilities

- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
- Handle customer service and insurance negotiations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of management experience in restoration or construction
- Construction management experience preferred
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Safety monitoring and compliance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
