Reconstruction Project Manager

The Who

Our client is a leading restoration and reconstruction company serving residential, institutional, and commercial customers across the Pacific Northwest.

The What

• Manage 10-15 active reconstruction projects simultaneously
• Run projects like your own business
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and margins
• Communicate proactively with clients during their hardest days
• Deliver projects that restore businesses and lives

MUST HAVES

• Construction project management veterans with 5-10+ years of experience managing multi-trade projects
• Proven experience juggling 10-20 concurrent projects
• Managing subcontractors across multiple trades
• Understanding commercial construction processes (RFIs, PCOs, change orders, budgets)
• Restoration experience is valued but NOT required

The Where

• We are hiring for the Portland/Vancouver, WA market
• 80% of the work is on the Oregon side of the river
• This is a hybrid/remote role
• You'll work from home and job sites (not required to be in the office daily)
• Your service area includes Portland metro (Beaverton, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Westland), Vancouver WA, Corbett, Troutdale, and extends to Hood River, Woodland, Kalama, Longview, and Salem

NUTS & BOLTS

• Base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 plus $10,000-$20,000 annual performance-based commissions (tied to hitting gross margin targets and efficient project closeouts)
