Our client is a leading restoration and reconstruction company serving residential, institutional, and commercial customers across the Pacific Northwest.
The What
- Manage 10-15 active reconstruction projects simultaneously
- Run projects like your own business
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and margins
- Communicate proactively with clients during their hardest days
- Deliver projects that restore businesses and lives
MUST HAVES
- Construction project management veterans with 5-10+ years of experience managing multi-trade projects
- Proven experience juggling 10-20 concurrent projects
- Managing subcontractors across multiple trades
- Understanding commercial construction processes (RFIs, PCOs, change orders, budgets)
- Restoration experience is valued but NOT required

The Where
- We are hiring for the Portland/Vancouver, WA market
- 80% of the work is on the Oregon side of the river
- This is a hybrid/remote role
- You'll work from home and job sites (not required to be in the office daily)
- Your service area includes Portland metro (Beaverton, Happy Valley, Oregon City, Westland), Vancouver WA, Corbett, Troutdale, and extends to Hood River, Woodland, Kalama, Longview, and Salem
NUTS & BOLTS
- Base salary range of $95,000 - $105,000 plus $10,000-$20,000 annual performance-based commissions (tied to hitting gross margin targets and efficient project closeouts)
