Reconstruction Field Superintendent

About the role

We are currently seeking a Reconstruction Superintendent that will work closely with the Reconstruction Project Managers, Project Coordinator, Vendors, In-house labor, Subcontractors, and Clients to facilitate materials handling and job quality.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and transporting job materials and overseeing receiving and distribution of materials and equipment
• Visiting job sites and reviewing files and progress notes to ensure smooth project completion
• Working closely with multiple Project Managers to supervise for quality, and provide written and photographic documentation of job progress
• Meeting with Clients, Vendors, Adjusters, and Subcontractors in Project Manager’s place when needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction
• 2+ years of experience foreman-level or higher supervision experience
• IICRC certified a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay

$28.00-$38.00 per hour
