Requirements
- A clear understanding of the reconditioning department process including being familiar with Vehicle Delivery Inspection of Both New and Used Vehicles, Transportation Claims, Generating & Tracking of open repair orders and any open and outstanding safety recalls
- The ability to lead a high producing team
- Proven experience as Service Advisor, a Drive/Service Manager, or Reconditioning Manager
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- Valid driver's license
- Automotive dealership service experience &/or certifications is a plus.
