Reconciliation Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Reconciliation Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will own the product vision and roadmap for reconciliation capabilities that support financial operations, accuracy, and scalable transaction processing. You will partner closely with engineering, customer-facing teams, and internal stakeholders to translate business needs and regulatory considerations into clear product requirements. The position will also help drive Agile execution, strengthen product prioritization, and deliver software improvements that enhance customer value and operational efficiency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and success metrics. Develop a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business goals. Conduct customer research to identify market opportunities. Translate customer needs into validated product requirements. Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize features based on customer value and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems. 5+ years of Product Management experience. 3+ years managing SaaS products. Experience in financial technology, banking, or accounting platforms. Proven success in leading software products from conception to deployment. Strong grasp of Agile product development practices.
