Pay

$21.00‑$26.00 hourly

Schedule

Full‑time, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Sundays are off; Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections to identify needed mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
• Complete basic maintenance services such as oil changes, brakes, batteries, and fluid checks.
• Document all work performed and communicate needed repairs with service advisors or management.
• Assist with cosmetic reconditioning, including buffing, light interior cleaning, and trim repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before being moved to the front line.
• Maintain reconditioning logs and meet daily production targets.
• Operate and move vehicles safely around the dealership and service areas.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in general automotive maintenance or repair.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment testing, including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and driver’s license verification.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of reconditioning or dealership service experience.
  • Familiarity with multi‑point inspections and light mechanical repairs.
  • Experience working with internal service departments or used‑vehicle operations.
