About the role
We have an exciting opening for a Reclean Shot Blast Operator located at our Augusta, AR location.
Responsibilities
- Review the standard operating procedures for the job to understand the product specifications. Adjust the blast recipe according to the established procedures.
- Inspect recleaned parts for defects. Reject defective parts in designated scrap container.
- Load completed work and scrap materials into containers as specified.
- Add Steel Shot to the machine when required.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ Years Relevant Experience
- Actively identifies problems and opportunities for change and implements solutions where appropriate.

- Physical Demands: Occasionally 1-33%: Climb; Frequently 34% - 66%: Stoop/Bend, Twist/Turn, Forearm Rotation, Hand Movement - Fine Manipulation, Hand Movement - Simple Grasping, Repetitive hand/wrist, Sit, Stand; Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally 1-33%: Lift / Carry 11-25 lbs.
- Visual Demands: Continuously 67% - 100%: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
- Work Environment & Hazards: Frequently 34% - 66%: Cold, Heat, Silica exposure, Uneven surfaces, Lead exposure, Loud noise, Machine movement or vibration, Motorized equipment operation.
