Reclaim Lead
Position Summary
As a Reclaim Center Lead, you are part of the team that manages all daily functions at the Reclamation Center related to operating procedures and quality specifications. Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and participate in the unloading of all returned product to the Reclamation Center.
- Distribute the workload received to the scanning stations to ensure the most efficient processing.
- Perform hands-on audits of product processed and sorted at the Center.
- Engage in daily employee relations and direction of employees.
- Aid employees with work-related questions (i.e., not founds, scanning issues, sortation issues etc.).
- Participate in the organizational process within the department.
- Create and print manifest for outbound salvage, donation or vendor returns.
- Report weekly numbers to management (ex: hold quantities, donation information etc.).
Here’s What You’ll Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to monitor and work within a team environment.
- Ability to lift 30-70 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
- Pallet jack and lift certification, or ability to obtain certification.
- Familiarity with safety requirements and OSHA.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Mainframe).

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate but may be high in distribution settings.
